Hi, I'm Gabby.
Fifteen years ago I became a NASM-certified personal trainer because I believed every woman deserves to feel strong in her own body. I started with Zumba because movement should feel joyful, then moved into strength training because your body after 35 needs more than cardio.
Years of working with women taught me their hormones, bones, metabolism, and menopause are not side topics - they are the center of how I coach. I'm currently completing NASM's advanced Women's Fitness Specialization to deepen what practice already showed me.
